Chris McChesney is the lead architect and co-author of The 4 Disciplines of Execution®, a Wall Street Journal bestseller. For more than 25 years, he has led FranklinCovey’s development of 4DX and its consulting work, helping thousands of organizations improve execution.
His FranklinCovey career began working directly with Dr. Stephen R. Covey. Drawing on hands-on work with organizations including Marriott International, Coca-Cola, Kroger, and Comcast, Chris brings practical execution experience to the stage and the leadership table.
